The only book you need to have a healthy reflection on your practice
The book is to the point, written in accessible language by an established Transactional Analyst and NLP supervisor, coach and practitioner.Julie offers a list of questions for each stage of coaching and mentoring, and also on process. Advises on how to find a supervisor, how to establish healthy contracts in peer supervision groups. And she doesn’t stop here. Julie clarifies TA and NLP concepts, sheds light on discounting, contracting, transference and countertransference processes.Beginner or advanced, there are plenty to learn from this book. Some things you won’t even learn even when attending accredited courses.Enjoy your reading

Informative and Practical book
I needed a book to help with compiling my reflective diary as part of a diploma. This book gave me loads of practical ways to implement reflection both for each coaching session and across a series of sessions. Well written and for those who struggle with what you should reflect on, this book will guide you through it.

Fab book
If you like TA you will love this book and even if you don't know much about TA this is a lovely way to learn how this works within supervision. This book brings the TA into supervision brilliantly and is an easy read would highly recommend.

A Classic for Coaching Supevisers and Coaches
In a relatively new field, Julie Hay is a leader. Her thinking has helped me develop my own - which is different from me trying to become her.
