Needs better instructions
I would have liked better instructions on using the cookie mold. I didn't know if it should be progressed, used in the oven or on top of the stove. Took 5 batches before I got good cookies, but part of the problem was lack of definition in the recipe I downloaded.

Excellent, very recommended.
Excellent tool, it works great. Came with a recipe for the Oreshki which was nice. The first time it was used the dough stuck to the metal but the second and third time were smooth, so no worries there.

They turned out perfect!
I don’t have a good scale, so here is my convention in cups and spoons:*melted butter 0.4 Lb ~ 13tbs *2 eggs *sugar 0.3 Lb ~ 2/3 cups *salt 1/4 tsp *vanilla ~ 1/2 tsp *baking soda 1/2 tsp *vinegar 1/2 tbs *flour 1 Lb ~ 4 cups.Mix soda and vinegar separately before adding to the other ingredients (to get the reaction first).I applied vegetable oil on the mold before each batch. Did it on a gas stove, first side took about 4 min and the second was 2-3 min. When I flipped the mold over and the cookies were easily going off the mold, it showed that the first side (the outside of the cookie) Is done. I like them to be light brown color.Following the recipe, I made 40 stuffed “walnuts” (“Oreshek”), so 80 halves in total. The cooking part took a while. While the next batch was on the stove, I was cutting with a knife the excess cookie from the previous batch. For the stuffing I used peanut butter, Nutella and Russian boiled condensed milk (it’s dark brown color and very thick, you might be able to buy it in a Russian store or boil a regular canned white condensed milk for 2 hours). It was my really first time making them, but they turned out exactly how I remember them from Russia.
