This thing has definitely saved my feet from pain the next morning after I play pickleball. After playing for many hours in a day I would wake up with crazy pain in my feet so much so that it was hard to walk for multiple hours. Someone recommended that I try one of these feet and ankle braces, and said it helps. Well I’m glad I did! I ordered this item and put it to the test. 6 hours straight of Pickleball. The next morning I was surprised to find that my feet didn’t throb and ache as much as they would have previously. I will probably get another pair to have on hand. I would recommend this if you do a lot of physical activity on your feet.

The sizing is very misleading . They fit very small . I ordered medium and should of ordered a large

Don’t buy this product if you have big feet or big calves. It’s a sleeve type slip on, and no possible way it’s fitting on me!

My wife has been doing a lot of physical therapy after a long illness- she needs to learn to walk again. Since she hasn't walked since 2017, I got her these braces to help support her ankles as she tries to stand. They seem to help her since she hasn't had as much pain in her ankles and feet after PT as long as she's been wearing them. Your mileage, of course, may vary, but WE are happy with them!

So far it's great I suffer from a rare joint condition and am always looking for new thing to help compress and help my joints . Btw the white part is mine not the product and the only reason I gave it 4 star is that I'm not so about the one velcro and a sizing chart would be great I just went off braces I have already but if someone is new and had never bought a brace it would be nice to have a size chart I could have done a medium or I can do large it just depends.Thank you and I hope you like this product too

I took it to play soccer ball, very comfortable and safe. I will buy one more for my father.
