I am very happy with this purchase. Matt is amazing for the price. Well made (strong), easy to use, clear instructions, looks good and makes me feel very good after a couple of minutes of using it. At first it hurts as usual but eventually it helps a lot with pain and does what it intends. I feel more relax after using it.

I've been using this for a couple weeks now, and I'm surprised by how effective it is for relieving stress and promoting relaxation. I was intimidated by the spikes, but once I laid down, it felt so good. If you have sensitive skin, you could keep a thin layer of clothing on. I started out slow with 3-5 minutes and built up from there to around 17-20 minutes a day. Overall, I'm really impressed by the quality and effectiveness of this mat!

This is a great set. Works as expected. It's pleasantly uncomfortable and offers the same experience as more expensive products for a fraction of the price. The design, materials, and appearance are also high-quality.

They vary in materials, size, components and most importantly, the pressure provided by the "spikes."What I like about this mat:1) "Spikes" are sharp, meaning you are not likely to grow out of this mat any time soon.2) This mats is reportedly made of environmentally responsible materials and by fairly treated labor.3) It is an attractive mat.4) You get lots for your money, as compared to the other options. You get a large main mat, pillow, foot mat, lumbar support and carry bag.And finally, yes, these mats do work as promoted. I can feel the chemical changes inside, which melt away the stress and seem to be helping with sleep. The acupressure mat and pillow really help ease muscle tension by targeting key pressure points. After just a few minutes, I feel more relaxed and less tight in my back and neck. It’s a bit intense at first, but definitely effective with regular use.

This mat is amazing! So far I’ve stood on it only, and the effect is instantaneous with blood flow and pain relief. The quality of the fabric and the hard circular parts is nice and durable feeling. I can see how going slow with moving onto it and off is important.

I had been wanting a pranamat for over a year but just couldn't justify spending close to 400/500$ on one. I randomly decided to look on amazon for a mat and see what they had.. I found so many options but loved that this was linen and such a good price for a full set! ITS SUPER NICE AND GOOD QUALITY. It really helps to relieve pain and discomfort. My husband uses it and my 4.5 year old son loves it. I plan to use this mat as a distraction technique during my labor in a few days. Definitely recommend this brand!
