Not the typical shag
Loved it. It was a little darker blue grey but worked out well since my decor is cobalt blue, black and grey. Didn't think about cleaning, you definitely can't vacuum. Most likely will need to shake it out every now and them. No food permitted in the living room now!

It's not like pieces of ripped t shirt
I would not consider this rug as a shag rug. It's not like pieces of ripped t shirt. This rug has to be shook and not vacuumed. I sent it back since it wasn't an actual shag rug and could not be vacuumed.

I ordered this item and got something else delivered I got the paper shag rug and I'm so happy I got this one it is so different and the color is wonderful I get so many compliments on it
