This is a Patriotic themed Fabric Tassel Garland. It is held together with twine. Great for Cake smashes, birthday parties, photography props, decorating for holidays and more! this item is adjustable in length and moves well and is great for using over and over again. 18 tassels in all. The blue fabric has white stars on it and the red had tiny polka dots. This unique fabric banner/garland/decoration is made out of fabric on jute twine. The banner is approximately 3' long with about 18" of exposed string with a small loop on each end for hanging. The strips are about 6.5" long. There are 3 different fabrics, 18 tassels in all, 6 strips of each one. Each fabric strip is about 1" wide and 12" long, making them about 6.5" after folding and knotting. There is about 1/2" between each fabric knot. Fabric edges are unfinished and therefore intended to fray.
