Good quality for the price
I chose this roller as it seemed closest to a much more expensive branded on. I'm pleased with the quality. I can't be sure that this is making any difference but I'm happy with the way my skin looks and I like using it. I will buy again as they need to be replaced regularly. It would be good if you could just by a replacement head.

Great quality
Glad I spent a little more- this feels like a top notch product. The needles on the head are very fine and penetrate the skin well- I can tell they are going in quite deep. Fairly painless with I think a good amount of stimulation. I had one of these years ago and this one is miles better.ThanksRachel

Good derma roller
Nice there are blades and used it for my forehead to get some more hair back use it with minoxido at the same time and I've noticed some difference

Not able try it due to defective but it does look real
It looks good and real titanium needles but my one had some of the needles bent I dont know if it was a bad a batch.

As expected, it does the job but not as good as a dermatologist pen.
As you read and hear on most YouTube videos. These do some damage as they enter the skin at an angle as you roll them.I’ve been using this to strengthen my beard alongside minoxidil twice daily.I’ve now upgraded to a derma pen and it is far superior.The good thing about this, is it’s quick and easy to roll in large open areas of the face.But when you want to pin point an area say a wrinkle or your top lip for your moustache.Then it’s virtually impossible.Also it’s difficult to know how much pressure to put down when you use it.Because you can hold off a bit if it’s hurting etc. where as a derma pen has the same repeated action over and over and you don’t have to put any pressure.

Proper roller
Proper, I mean - it's working, you can feel it. My serum absorbed effectively.I have 1,5mm, so you can feel bit discomfort, but absolutely standable.Real needles. Not other discs crap to be honest.

Overall good product
Item as presented in the picture. Easy to use but needs to be cleaned before and after each use. Product received had a few bent needles that I removed with a tweezers this is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. Used it for 2 months now without any sign of wear.
