Works well and not greasy at all
I am quite impressed with this hand cream! As someone who suffers with dry skin, particularly on the hands and between the fingers, I have tried quite a number of different hand creams over the years. This is now my new favourite as it just works whilst being comfortable to use.I only discovered it and took a try on it as Amazon suggested it to me via a voucher promotion. At only £1.75 it is exceptionally good value and I must admit I was slightly skeptical on its claims for such a low price! The cream itself is an ideal consistency; easy to work and massage into the skin without being too thin and runny. Once applied, it quickly soaks in and leaves no residue or feeling of a film' on the skin. It does leave my skin feeling softer and more comfortable instantly, and reduces dryness too.As with all creams, it does need to be reapplied throughout the day for maximum effectiveness and I'm not going to tout this as a "wonder" that instantly fixes dryness with minimal effort. However it is quick and easy to apply, with no residues or drying times so reapplication is no bother at all. That said, after washing hands it does seem to still be effective as the softness is still there.I can see why other reviewers have issue with the scent, it is noticeable but I actually really like it. To me it smells clean and fresh, with a sweetness coming through from the maple sap extract.Definitely recommend this.

Moisturises well, soaks in quickly. Really great hand cream.
The media could not be loaded. I suffer with really dry skin on my hands, especially on my knuckles and between my fingers so I purchased this Garnier Hand Repair cream to try and help with that. It's a nice consistency not too runny but not overly thick either. It rubs into the skin really easily and soaks in quite quickly too and doesn't really have a smell to it. I also have quite sensitive skin and this is suitable for that.I'm really impressed with this cream. After just a week of use my hands feel so much more moisturised and softer and that feeling lasts well, even after washing my hands I can still feel the effect of the cream which is great, after a few washes though I need to reapply. I like to apply the cream at night before bed so it has the whole night to soak in and my hands feel well moisturised when I wake up in the morning. There's still some slight dryness in a small area but the dryness for the main part is almost gone and much improved so I'm confident that the little bit left will get there in time. This hand cream is very reasonably priced and considering the price the results have been great, I'm really impressed with it.

Brilliant hand cream that works when others don’t and lasts.
I suffer from dry skin and with all of the hand washing we are doing things have got much much worse. I went through many brands of hand cream before finding one that worked for me but, after months of extra hand washing my regular intensive hand cream stopped being effective so I reverted to emollients which are far more greasy but desperate times make for desperate measures. That worked for a while but then I started getting flaky skin on the back of my hand and dry, scratchy, flakiness between my fingers, both of which were making my hands really sore and trying to get a GP appointment is difficult so I needed to find a different solution. My husband swears by this cream but it has a strong aroma and I have a strong sense of smell so I avoided it but I needed something so I gave it a try. I was amazed at just how quickly it stopped my hands drying out and how my hands still feel good the next day. I’ve been using it since early November and my hands are much better. Only downsides, the smell is nice but rather strong and you can’t use it on your face so it’s not a body cream otherwise it’s great.

Helps repair hands that need moisture
Pros: Really helps with dry handsThe honey smell is lovelyThick and didn't require a lot, so good valueCons: Sometimes takes a while to absorbNot as amazing for ceuticals and nailsEasily washes offHands were really dry from using alcohol spray. This has really helped recover them. Nice and thick so didn't require much, but will say that took a while to absorb. Doesn't feel sticky, but can leave a residue on surfaces if not enough time is given to settle in. Otherwise, a good price with lovely smell and does the job. Recommended.

My hands have never looked or felt nicer in fifty odd years!
This has to be the BEST hand cream I have ever used, in fifty odd years! It instantly glides on, leaving your hands looking rehydrated, smooth and soft. It's silky texture is absolutely gorgeous. I just squeeze a pea size amount into the palm of my hand, then start to work it around my hands. It seems to last for ages, as you massage it around nails and cuticles, not like some hand creams where you have to keep 'topping up' for these areas. The backs of my hands actually look years younger, the skin is so rehydrated! Wrinkling gone! Finally, it leaves no after residue, it is just absorbed completely into your skin, without any unwanted greasiness or stickiness, so no finger marks all over your touch screens!I am so in love with this product that I have added it to my subscribe and save list, for regular orders. I only wish I had discovered it years ago (if it was around then!).My hands have never looked or felt nicer in fifty odd years!

The best hand cream in the world. Probably.
Despite this product's budget price it is incredibly effective. My hands are dry and my cuticles split and peel especially in the winter months. This is the only hand cream that keeps my hands comfortable and cuticles intact, and I have used it for years. But the packing is dreadful. It is a relatively small tube (100mls) which contains an awful lot of plastic that can't be recycled. And with tubes of this style, it is next to impossible to get the last of the product out. I would love it if Garnier would wake up and represent their excellent product in a big recyclable jar or tin. i would keep one permanently in the bathroom and kitchen.
