Nutra Direct Garcinia Cambogia, 1200 mg, 90 count

Purchased for my wife that just wanted a bit of help shifting 7lb. Shifted 2lbs in 2 days. She is watching what she's eating no biscuits, sweets, cakes and low carbs - tons of vegetables. She is doing aerobics 30 minutes a day but she's really pleased with the results. Has had stomach ache as a side effect but she's putting up with that. Do not think this is a long term tablet as can cause liver problems. Check whether it's right for you as certain drugs do not mix with this...ie statins and diabetics drugs

Rubbish! It worked for about two days. I'm only a few pounds overweight for my height and needed something just to boost the rest off. I saw all the great reviews about this, and being sometimes naturally constipated thought it would be great. As an avid swimmer too I thought taking these with my regular balanced diet and exercise would be the answer.Like I said, they seemed to work for two days and I've went back to normal, sometimes feeling sluggish despite continued use of them and following the instructions of two tablets a day.I have stopped using them as I've had pain now in my digestive system and my back for the last couple of days. On further research of this product some websites claim prolonged use can cause liver damage. I took the product for just less than two weeks and started having a weird pain. With the fact that they have not been any use and things I've read regarding diet/colon cleansers etc causing health problems no way was I continuing use of these.

fast delivery but pills don't work

I haven't ate as much as I normally do I followed instructions I have eaten 15-30mins after taken the pill which has been fruit or toast then had a normal lunch or fry up and dinner as normal but then felt full iv been taken these for a week and lost 3lb as I weighed myself before I started to monitor the weight loss so happy just hope I keep losing weight now I haven't changed anything I do day to day but iam taking this along side a colon cleanser which is alciberries in my case so happy!

I take it about 1 week now and I think it works!I follow a healthy balanced diet with 1200 calories per day and i exercise 3 times a week.In a week I lost 2.2 lbs (1 kg), I don't know if it is most the garcinia or the diet but it seems working.If you want a little help besides healthy eating and exercise, I would recommend it!Regarding the side effects, I didn't have any so far.

waste of money, only worked by making me go to the toilet more, no real effect on weight. could do the same with eating more fruit/salad in your diet.

Garcinia is a great supplement works well with Alot of exercise

Didn't work for what I wanted used with green coffee bean extract thing and I didn't lose much weight I actually have lost a stone by myself with an app called nutracheck as it has every product from all the shops adds the calories and let's u add exercise and tells you when you have eaten your daily allowance for me 1400 calories to lose 3 pounds a week
