I never write reviews but these are really good! In a few days i’ll have finished the months supply, perhaps it’s a placebo effect who knows, but i’ve definitely noticed a changed in my general heath. (I take a daily b12 vitamin too). I’ve been vegetarian for years and eat pretty healthy, however in the last 6 months i’ve been getting colds almost every 2 weeks, so me being me, instead of seeing a doctor i decided to self medicate and start taking a multivitamin. And amazingly since i started taking these vitamins i haven’t yet been ill again! Which i’m shocked about, considering how regularly i was getting colds before. My hair and nails also feel so much stronger and healthier this past month, no idea if this is related but i can’t think of any other reason behind it. Another main thing is I struggle to swallow normal pills, so I looked for a gummy multivitamin and these are perfect for that. Plus they’re vegetarian and taste amazing ! (makes me not forget to take them because they taste so good!). Honestly an amazing vitamin and i would 100% recommend, but unfortunately that brings me to my one negative: the price. Sadly i’m tight with money and so for now won’t be sticking with these vitamins. Despite how good they are i can’t really afford to be spending that much every month as the bottle only has a months supply. That’s my only negative and so for now I’m going to have to look for a cheaper alternative, however they are 100% worth the money if you can afford it. I will certainly be coming back to these in the future if i can’t find an alternative as good as this.

They are super tasty and easy to swallow. Being peri menopausal they actually make me feel like me again, I sleep much better too (not on HRT) I’ve bought more since
