So far the only improvement I have personally noticed is a bit more energy when I take it and not much else. I am hoping I will start to see other benefits the longer I take it.The pill's themselves measure in at about 3/4"x1/4" making them easy to swallow. There is no perceptible odor or taste as far as I can tell. I also seem to tolerate it well with no digestion issues. I like that these are manufactured in a US, GMP certified facility with COA testing reports available upon request. As far as price vs value is concerned, as of this review the price seems a bit high compared to similar Fadogia Agrestis supplements.
