Bought this product for my nephew for school work. It works great and comes with a Pen and Keyboard included. Also comes with Windows so it can also run Excel, Powerpoint and Word.

No Battery Charging
I have purchased this order ViewSonic PT1050, 2 in 1 Tablet PC, and the battery was not charging or not available inside of the product. Its unbelievable that a Tablet is having no battery and can only be used with continuous charging same as Desktop Computer. While requested a repair, one person arrived without even a proper uniform and collected the product and after 21 days upon enquiry of the repair status. I have received an email, says the amount is processed to refund.The time and energies wasted is extra topping to the product.I am really surprised with the products and services offered.

Battery Issues
I am so disappointed with the response I got from Amazon on this product they refused to replace the item because it has battery issues it needs full time to be connected to power source. I regret buying this item and I wouldn't recommend to anyone. As of now I have a tablet desktop so sad
