Kikkoman Tamari Gluten free Soy Sauce, 1 Litre, Naturally Brewed

Being GF I really missed having soy sauce in my rice dishes. So pleased this was recommended to me. It’s the closest tasting to the real thing in my opinion. Now have this on subscription.Great price!

Love being able to buy this in bulk, works out about a 1/3 or more cheaper than smaller bottles in the supermarket. Great replacement for soy sauce - bear in mind this is more like light soy than dark. Can easily make this into dark soy sauce by heating it with sugar. Bottle is sturdy and easy to manage for decanting into smaller bottles.

Can keep my Asian dishes gluten-free now

Well, i will be honest, i cannot tell the difference between this and regular Kikkoman soy. But, it costs the same or sometimes even less, and it's good, so i won't question it.
