Yes I believe it will but to ensure it isn’t ripped off with someone pulling the football shirt you will still need to sew around the outside of the badge. I think the product will stick it initially and is easy to use, but stitch it to be safe and sure.

This is double sided so yes if you iron it onto your blind then iron one some black material on too
