Nature Therapy Magnetic Heat Waist Belt/Brace for Lower Back Pain Relief Therapy Support (Medium)

It worked better than I could have ever imagined. I slipped a disk at age 26 and now I'm 51 I've had physio, injections and exercises but this little belt works a treat, I use it when I know I will need to be sat for a long period because usually I seize up. This belt heats up your muscles and keep them from getting stiff which means that you can sit for a while without worrying about the old back being stiff. It gets too hot after about 40 minutes but feels cool to the touch when you take it off. Weird! If you do an activity that you know is going to make your back stiff I recommend you wear it as a preventative measure. for under £9.00 its amazing value and well made. I'm going to order a second one to leave at works because the're only useful if you have it to hand when you feel stiff.

A good buy for the price & this belt performed very well. It kept me really warm while outside in freezing temperatures & my back stayed nice & supple. It also provides some support for the back.The problem with it was that I couldn't wear it as low as I wanted because it is quite bulky. I couldn't do my jeans up! However, a friend of mine is now wearing it & she likes it. I am now looking for something a little more lightweight/supple & hopefully as effective.

Had been diagnosed with a trapped nerve in my lower back. Along with stretches and one of those gel pads you heat in the microwave I had achieved some relief; however, wearing the belt twice for an hour each time, the soreness in my back all but disappeared. Wetting it slightly helped the heat generation considerably. It did get hot - almost uncomfortably, but not unbearably. I am a 35 inch waist and the medium fitted well with a few inches to spare. Well worth the price of £8.50.

This is good, doesn't get as hot as I'd like it to though. I wore it for hours, I noticed I had red dots on my belly but nothing on my back but then again I am used to having very hot water bottles on my back for long periods of time and probably a bit desensitised. I gave a 4 star rating yet less than that for other factors but only due to my pain condition as it helps a bit as I have a lot of pain so doesn't relieve it but every little helps. It would help someone with general aches and pains more. I wish it had a larger magnetic panel width ways and was a bit more supportive, it's ok though. I'll wear it with another more secure belt which would help that be more effective. Am getting another stretchy band too but would cover the front panel with something underneath so it doesn't burn my stomach. I might get another one of these in a large size and wear both with another stretch band over the top. Arrived in excellent condition.

I am taking morphine for my back pain and truly think that this belt gives more relief than that. Your back feels well supported and the belt is very comfortable to wear. I can wear it all day under clothes and you can't really tell am wearing it. It does get really hot and after a while I have to put it on top of my underwear. Word of advice "wear bridget's" only downside I feel is if you touch your face or put your fingers in your mouth after putting the belt on it is like you have been cutting chillies up it really burns. Don't know why that is. Other than that I recommend this extremely low priced pain relief Item.

First off , the delivery time was amazing !.I'm sure I ordered this less than 48 hours before delivery , size is medium and fits 36 inch waist,.Been wearing it for 10 mins and still not hot/warm, I will update if it gets warm , I only bought for heat as I slipped a disc I have plenty of back/ lumbar supports only wanted this because of heat and good reviews, maybe their I a button to switch it on .Service: excellentQuality : suprisingly good for price .Temp: not warm yet .If after more time the warmth is unbearable like some reviews I'll update

Brilliant product, after slipping 3 discs in my back at work warmth was the only comfort along with a lot of painkillers of cause. This stayed in place and was warm within a couple of minutes of putting it on it also provided good support without restricting movement love it so much I brought my friend one who has a serious back problem. she came to me crying with relief as she had not had such a good product for her back after being in pain for 20yrs

I purchased the magnetic heat waist belt to help ease my back pain after continuously pulling the muscles in my lower back. After wearing it for approx 15 minutes I started to get a burning sensation, I took it off and my back was all red and continuing to burn for a while after. Have contacted the seller regarding this issue and am still waiting for a response. I would NOT recommend this item.
