After about a month, without any other changes to my regime, I have observed several effects of taking the Primal Collagen. The oedema in my legs has been reduced, skin is much more responsive. My muscles and joints are less painful.But the one unexpected and most welcome result is that it has reduced my urgent incontinence by nearly half, allowing me to sleep almost 4 hours in between visits to the loo, so sleeping much better lately.The powder dissolves quite easily in hot and cold. In clear water, it is not completely tasteless or colourless, giving a lemonade-hue to the water and also a silky texture, but not at all unpleasant. In other drinks, such as juice, tea, or bone broth, it is pretty much unnoticeable. I also sprinkle it into porridge and yogurt.The only issue I had with this product is the packaging. While allowing delivery through the letterbox, it is a bit problematic. The zipper seal is very stiff and difficult to manage with arthritis. The powder is so fine that it clings to everything and keeping the scoop inside means it gets coated with the collagen and it's messy to use.I decanted it into a lock seal food container, then each morning, measure out the daily dose into a little sugar bowl with a teaspoon, adding it to my food and drink a teaspoon at a time until the little bowl is empty, so taking it throughout the day.I shall be ordering more as soon as it is in stock. Highly recommended!
