I bought this product twice. 1st on 15/08/17(at £11.99) and 2nd on 30/10/18(at £14.99). I was extremely impressed with the product I used the first time around. It was very nourishing for my beard and did not feel like almost every other beard shampoo out there either in its texture or the way it lathered nor how it left my beard feeling once dry. The delivery system was perfect, quick push with one finger and you have more than enough for your beard. The bottle lasted me so long that I began using it on my head and on my face, realised I preferred using this for my hair than any other shampoo I had used. All in all it last me around 3-4 months, using it 2 to 3 times a week.And then I waited what seemed like to be months for it to comeback into stock. Whenever I checked amazon, it wasnt available. Then I finally found it available to order, only now it came in different packaging and used a different bottle head. I was excited to finally get back to my now favourite shampoo. However I was very disappointed.Firstly, the delivery mechanism. I pumped and pumped and pumped and only managed to get enough to barely cover the tip of my finger. I unscrewed it to ensure nothing was blocking it like you find under the lid of a ketchup bottle. There was nothing. It was just poor quality.Then theres the actual shampoo. After I pumped the damn thing almost 40 times, I got just enough to cover the top of my index finger, I was so gutted. It was not the same product I bought the first time around. I wished they mentioned they had changed its ingredients. It had more of a fragrance to it which i dont mind at all. The first one didnt have a fragrance that was noticeable to me. The sheer effort of trying to use it put me off. Apart from that, it did not lather the way its previous version did so i found that you needed to use a lot more. Not only that it felt more like i was putting oil into my beard and not a shampoo. It did not leave that same nourishing feeling i had previously felt with its predecessor.Fortunately for me, amazon accepted a refund request which took a few weeks to process. If they went back to the previous formula and changed its delivery system, I would be more than happy to give these guys another go. But as it stands im quite saddened i wont be getting the same experience and will have to look for something else...more trial and error...more time.

Never really been much of a beard wash user and I'm currently approaching yeard number 2! I have only ever used bulldog beard wash (awful product that leaves beard dry) and mobro's beard soap (decent product bought with a oil and balm kit) but this stuff by spartan has blown me away after one wash! A nice subtle beard cleanser that doesn't lather up but provides beautiful and soft bearded results to your man mane. I used this product with spartan beard oil a couple hours before bed and woke up this morning to a beard still feeling reasonably soft. Totally worth the price and I will purchase again without hesitation

I have used this product for over a year, I really liked the quality of the product and smell. So when I reordered the product from the ‘my orders page’ I expect the product to be the same. What arrived a few days ago was a TOTTALLY different product, different ingredients, different size (considerably smaller for the same price) and totally different sent. I noticed the different packaging but as there was no information to say that it had been changed I ordered again. I feel you need to let people know that is basically a different product, a inferior one in my view. If I would of know it had been changed I probably would of still ordered but then that’s my issue if ididn’t like it. I feel you taking advantage of loyal customers re-ordering the product they liked. The box got wet while I was reading the new bottle so i can’t return it, but I won’t be ordering again and feel let down by a brand I previously trusted.

I am now at 6 months growth with my beard and have found this beard shampoo to be excellent. I never really thought too much before about using a product like this but I can now see a difference in my beard. Only need to use a really small dot and it lathers up a lot and has a really nice smell to it. For those with a bigger beard I would definitely recommend this product.

The best shampoo I've had. I brought this ages ago and was very impressed but thought it was a bit expensive. So I then tried several cheaper ones but you needed about 5 squirts just to get it to froth up. With this you only need 1 or maybe 2 for a long beard. You definitely get what you pay for with this.

Nice scent. Smells like pine. Pump was broken so have to remove the lid every time it's used, which isn't easy in the shower!

First beard shampoo i've used and i am suprised at the results as my beard is softer and my skin is not as flaky as before when i used bar soap.It foams alot so you need only a drop or two not even a full squeeze so this will probably last you about 2 months if you wash 2 times a day.

Bought this for my boyfriend he tried it today and loved it said it's amazing and smells great too. He said that he didn't need a lot as it foamed really well so the bottle will last him ages which is great. Happy customer here 👌🏼
