As Advertised. Start Slow...
When taken as directed (2 x day) be aware you must hydrate more than usual. Keep your body (in this case, your intestines), lubricated with water. That matters. Let this product do what it is designed to do well, by keeping hydrated. Do that, and based on my results, it will do what it is designed to do. Don't do that, and you may find 'going' a bit straining. I'm on my third bottle of it. That's because it works
