Great product in a conveniently large package. I use this a lot, so it's good value for money. This brand has a medium-strong yeast flavour, so it's best used as a cheese substitute. It melts in liquid, so it doesn't leave a gritty texture when blended, but it is still firm enough that it doesn't completely disintegrate as soon as it is added on top of pasta/popcorn etc. It's very versatile and can be used for a variety of purposes.

I get through a lot of this product as its easy to use, tasty and has great nutritional value. I sprinkle it in wrap fillings, salads, stir fries, noodles etc. Buying in bulk like this is convenient. It may not be the cheapest price per unit, but it's really handy.

Good as a seasoning to foods (particularly tofu), and to add umami flavour to sauces. High in protein, great as an alternative to cheese in vegan/veggie cooking and I use regularly. Good deal when purchased from Amazon.

Absolutely pointless buying Nooch anywhere else - this is the tastiest, best for you and the best price going. Bulk buying is so much better than having to buy the £5 tiny tubs every two shops from the supermarket as we get through a lot. The tubs are always wrapped in bubble wrap and they never leak. Sometimes the lid can be on extra specially tight and I find it tight to remove, but that just ensures freshness.

This is a flavour you need to get used to, in my opinion. It’s a bit cheesy and yeasty and will probably be good for flavouring soups stews, etc. My husband loves it on popcorn. I love Marmite but it doesn’t necessarily follow that you will love this too. Try 1 pot first. If I find it’s a “must have” for recipes, I will add to this review.

This is such an enjoyable and very versatile addition to any 'health conscious' kitchen. It's a finely sliced yeast flakes which tastes like cheese, and is quite moreish. I have used sprinkled on omelettes', on top of hot chilli con carne, or even by the spoonful or two. Loaded with vitamins.

Best flakes for pasta ever !

La uso para el brócoli, la pasta, salsa de patata, salsa de anacardos... Es crujiente, ligeramente salado y muy rica. Si no has probado la levadura nutricional y empiezas por esta ¡no querrás otra!.

I honestly wasn't certain if I was going to like this product, but to my surprise, it is a fantastic product. It works with every dish I have added it to. I've added it to salads, soups and made vegan mac and cheese and nacho cheese sauces with it. It gives the cheesy flavor, but more subtle than other brands I've used. However, I still really like it. I would definitely purchase again.
