I'm on my second large bottle i only take 1 teaspoon before bed which I've been doing for almost 2 years. Can without a doubt feel the health and wellbeing benefits of this oil brand. Hardly any colds etc etc and have lots of energy.Update 1st November 2019The oil is still fantastic BUT THE BOTTLE TOP IS IS ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH... CHEAP FLIMSY AND DANGEROUS I HAVE CUT MY HAND IN THE LID A FEW TIMES. THE GLASS BOTTLE IS FANTASTIC... BUT THEY REALLY PUT A RUBBISH LID ON THE BOTTLE....MY ADVICE DECANT THE OIL INTO ANOTHER BOTTLE... THE MAKERS SHOULD GET A DECENT LID ON THE BOTTLE!!!!!!I'm on my fifth bottle of this brand off black oil.. I'm my opinion without a doubt its the best on the UK market... One hundred percent helps me stay healthy fight off bad cold abs flu etc etc in the colder months... Plus overall health and wellbeing...Highly recommended.. You only need to take half a teaspoon before bedtime.... So a bottle lasts a long time...Try one bottle and i an convinced you'll feel the benefits....

It is real black seed oil. It does taste horibly authentic, I use black seeds in cooking and chewing on them will give you for long the aftertaste of sth you can't mistakenly attribute to something else. Same case with the oil in question.Experience of three days once a day produce the below results:Low blood pressureCleansing syndrome, headaches and coughing with lots of sneezing and runny nose.I feel not so hungry but my appetite is on the positive side, I mean usually I can go without food for a whole day and still not sure is it worht eating exactly now. So that's good.Have stopped my usual supplementing program to experience the full array of what's going on while having only the oil. I feel energetic and relaxed throughout the day and don't get the afternoon blues. I buy this product regularly as we use this frequently in our household.It appeared very weak and diluted. Very disappointed with the product as it definitely does not look or taste like the black seed oil we usually take.
