This bag is totally waterproof and of amazing quality. Lots of space and good, comfortable straps. The internal pocket is huge and when the zip detached, I contacted customer service after registration of the product.Customer service asked for an order ID and a pic of the damage before sending me a replacement withi. 2 days. I also got to keep the original bag with a broken internal zip which really wasn’t too much of an issue.Customer service that was simple to use and second to none. Well done guys. Buy this bag now as it is an absolute bargain and should the unfortunate happen, the customer service is sterling.

Having organised a trip to Alaska I needed a backpack that would keep contents dry whatever the weather. Compared this against similar product by Earthpak, both bags very good quality with identical features. Earthpak is the dearer option and could not justify the additional spend.I have gone with the 35ltr size and its more than big enough to carry additional clothing and camera gear, a zipped internal pocket for wallet etc and an external pocket for easy access phone. Also this backpack provides two mesh pockets for water bottles which the dearer Earthpak does not.Rucksack very comfy to wear and the sternum and waist straps ensure that it stays in place and distributes the weight well when bag is fully loaded.An excellent bag that is British made to a high standard for a very competative price.

I love the look.Space is great.Front pocket more open, transparent, than thought so be careful with valuables on display.Seems to keep everything dry although not had exposure to water really.The straps looked more padded than they are however for the loads i carry not an issue.Overall a good product, good price and looks in my view great. Well made and overall good quality, has all of the features of more expensive options/brands and shoulder straps are comfortable enough for general use.Haven't taken it up the hills yet as a bit big for a "day pack". Main intent is to use for wild swimming and as a triathlon transition bag which all appear to be hugely expensive for no apparent ROI???

This rucksack is absolutely exceptional. Made from high quality materials. It has a large main section and a zipped pocket on the inside and one on the outside plus two stretchable side pockes. The straps and clips are very strong and easily adjustable. It's great having a chest and waist strap. I bought the 55L one which also came with a waterproof phone case. It has ample room for my survival and forest equipment. I'm thoroughly pleased with this great piece of kit which keeps everything perfectly dry!!

We now have three of these (two large and one smaller). I bought this extra one as we both needed something waterproof and compact for a trip into the Amazon. Great product. Arrived quickly. And definitely waterproof
