Feel a lot better. Full of energy and never feel sick from taking them. I order them every month and recommend them to everyone. Great value for money. They are a bit big, but nothing crazy.

I'm so glad I've discovered these vitamins and have never felt better since I started taking them. For a long time, I was training hard at the gym and trying to eat a balanced and varied diet in order to get as many vitamins and nutrients as possible but I would get ill regularly - nothing serious but plenty of colds, bugs and I frequently felt run down and generally fatigued.Whilst I was attempting to get all the required vitamins and nutrients through food, it was clear that I wasn't so I decided to try these Wellman Sport vitamins, which are designed for anyone participating in regular sports and fitness activities. They're easy to swallow and contain higher dosages of essential vitamins and nutrients compared to a typical multi-vitamin. After a couple of weeks I started to feel like I had much more energy and the colds and illnesses stopped.I've now been taking them for a couple of years so thought it was about time I posted a review. I really can't rate them high enough as they've been invaluable to me and my overall health has improved significantly. If you train regularly then they're essential.

I've not yet used these vitamins, but having used Wellman MAX - I can guarantee the efficacy of these vitamins. The reason to order these was because I feel Max are over powered, and I may just need something lighter such as this pack.Hopefully will bring this to my diet soon and may update my review accordingly.

I think very one needs to have and very good value for money

Noticing the effects of these straight away. Much better mg than others I've brought. Everything in one tablet so no need to buy all the others. Saving me money.I was buy so many other individual vitamins but the mg in these tablets are much better so now I only have to take one tablet a day. Win

Have all the vitamins expected and a few more. Easy to swallow and feels like a premium product. The price is the downside as I don’t think the high price can be justified. The women’s tablets are around the same price except you get 90 instead of 30. There are cheaper alternatives with similar vitamins.

Been taking other multi vitamins for a couple of three years now, been OK with them, I am knocking on for 60 now, been swimming and gym for the passed 3 years every day, since x mass I've been feeling tired and run down, so I thought I would change my vitamin intake, found these and done a little research, been taking them for nearly 2 months, what a difference, with in a week I was feeling a lot better, now I can mange a lot more, swimming better for longer,faster,gym is better,not feeling tired, only thing I have changed, will be using these from now on, with kind regards Sam,
