Silicone Plastique Silicone 200 g Plastique Putty Mould Making Kit, Blue

I make sugar flowers and wanted to try to make my own moulds for making my flowers. This product is so easy to use. You just knead the two products together and then make the mould. It dries without the need for heating. It takes the impression of leaves and their veins really well and I am very pleased with my efforts.

Arrived quickly, very easy to use and enabled me to take a mould of a intricate bespoke logo so I could replicate it in fondant for a wedding cake.

Very small volume, due to its density.

Extremely messy to use and did not cure within the hour stipulated despite following instructions provided. Very disappointing as I have used another product that was both clean and easy to use with great results. I will have to do more research to find previous product.

It's very soft and moulds around details well but it sometimes took a couple of hours to stiffen. A hairdryer will do it. The plastic pot also broke apart in the post as it's very weak but this didn't affect the silicone. I put it in a sandwich bag and have had it for about 6 months.
