There is a picture of a girl holding a Q tip to the camera. Q: Because this is water proof do you have to scrub (somewhat hard) with make up remover to get it off?

Hello there! Not at all, for removal of the product, what you can do is take a warm damp wash cloth and sort of pinch your lashes for 10-20 seconds or until the product softens and the mascara and tips come right off with a downward wiping motion (away from the eye). You don't have to pull or anything!

The simplest and easiest removal technique is by a cotton pad and warm water. It is important to wait for long enough that gel and fibers absorb plenty of water so they soften up thoroughly. Once the gel and fibers have softened up, really gently ease the cotton pad forward and off the lashes. The gel and fibers (3d fiber lashes, not your own lashes) will come off in the pad. Repeat as necessary. This could be a couple of minutes or so. Or while being in the shower. Please avoid pulling or rubbing your lashes as that (not the mascara) can dislodge them. This mascara can also be removed by using coconut oil or olive oil.
