The media could not be loaded. I’m quite impressed with this exercise yoga ball! Out of the box, it looks sleek and modern, with a cover that feels high-quality. The non-slip bottom is a nice feature, which seems to work well.The ball inside the cover is thick and feels sturdy. I’m 6’1” and my mother-in-law is 5’5”, and we both found the size of the ball to be comfortable for sitting and working at a desk.It’s easy to set up and doesn’t take up too much space, so we’ve placed it in our living room where it blends in nicely. It doesn’t look out of place.I primarily bought this for sitting at my desk but I tried the additional side handles for some light stretching. I could feel a nice stretch and engaging of my back muscles, which was a pleasant. However, one downside is that the handles are a bit long — for someone shorter, and not as effective. Though I haven’t tried it for leg exercises. It would have been great if the handles were adjustable in length.All in all, it is great value for the price. The ball is a solid choice.

I loved this so much - I bought a second one for working from home! It's sturdy, well made, stays pumped up for days and with the cover, it is really smart for the office. The work out handles are great for stretching out stiff shoulders, but you can unclip these when they're not needed. And as someone with a bad back, sitting on this rather than a chair, gives you a gentle workout. I do alternate with a standard chair as it can be too much all day. And it comes with a small pump which is really easy to use and you can keep in your drawer. All round a lovely ball, for whatever you want it for, quality materials, solid feel and a lovely up-market look. Great value for money! I would recommend.

Can sit very well but the handles are too lo g for me to use. It maintains very well in the floor. Good value for money.

Great ball. Looks much classier than the rubber balls and the material is totally fine - I think some people said it was scratchy but I haven't tried sitting naked on it so I didn't really have that issue. I mostly got one of these to help posture and also because aesthetically, I didn't want to put a huge office chair into my new office (converted from baby nursery as moved him into another room). While blowing it up - which is actually pretty easy - I was concerned about some creases/folds appearing on the material but after a couple of days those smooth out and it looks great.I haven't used the arm things at all as I didn't really get it to do full workouts on (I think if I did, a rubber ball might be better for wiping/cleaning ability) but I have used the ball just to stretch out my back (lie on the ball basically and stretch which it feels really great for, especially when working from home. I don't spend 8 hours a day on it though, I usually use it for meetings and when I want to sit at the desk to use 2 monitors so I don't know how comfortable it would be for 8 hours every day but I think using it sporadically for a couple of hours at a time a few times a day it works perfectly.

Needed a bigger ball

I bought this to use as an office chair as it forces you to sit upright with better posture, also it has a fabric cover which is better than the rubber ones in my opinion.Size wise this is great for me, I am 5’9” and my desk is 69cm or 27” from the ground to the underneath of the desk.The ball inflated stands about 61cm or 24” tall, I inflated it until the creases from the cover disappeared.Overall it feels like it is well made and the brown colour is a good match for my room.Don’t do what I did and inflate the ball outside of the cover! This is my fault for skimming the instructions though 😆

I've purchased it to use instead of an office chair and must say it's been great. Good quality and nicely finished. Very pleased.

A wonderful addition to my new Physiotherapy studio. The 65cm size is perfect for my exercises and sitting comfortably. The felt cover not only looks stylish but also adds an extra layer of durability. Highly recommended for those looking to replace their stiff chair and improve their back health!
