I find it really helpful. I suffer with anxiety and sometimes find it difficult to go to sleep. This really helps, it doesn't make everything better but its helpful to get to sleep

Just tried this with a recommendation from a friend, and think it works for mild anxiety… I think it helped mine when I needed something short term

I got this for my niece who has autism, she struggles together to sleep every night so paired this with some sleep gummies and she said its the best night's sleep shes had in a very long time. So far so good
