Desert Essence Organic Jojoba Oil 118 ml

I bought this as I read that the composition of jojoba oil is similar to the oil your skin naturally produces.I apply this on my face everyday am and pm and it works wonders! You don't need too much just massage it in an upwards motion on your face. This oil doesn't look shiny or sit on your face, it almost dries dry. It's also great as a makeup base!I also use it on the ends of my hair when it's damp and before blow drying. My hair looks a lot shiner, healthier and doesn't weigh it down like other oils! A must if you have thin hair.My skin feels moisturised and soft through the whole day and my hair no longer looks dry at the ends. The product is high quality and you can tell as soon as you apply it. The bottle is a bit annoying as a lot can pour out. Other than that I fully recommend this product!

Excellent product! I had read the benefits of this oil so initially bought another brand (HealthAid) from my local pharmacy. However when I put it on my face it stung my eyes and dried my skin so badly that I had to stop using it (it must have had some nasty chemicals in it even though it said it was pure jojoba oil!). Anyway I ordered the Desert Essence and have been amazed with the results! I use a small amount as a moisturiser twice a day and it has left my skil feeling super soft and nourished. I had also been suffering from blocked pores resulting in horrible breakouts but this oil has completely banished this problem and now my skin is beautifully clear (it has also reduced the scarring from the previous breakouts). So really recommend this product for anyone with sensitive spot prone skin.

I have used this oil as part of my cleansing routine & it has cleared up 90% of my acne.I stopped washing my face with face wash a few months ago & oil cleanse instead using 1 part organic castor oil to 2 parts organic olive oil mixed in a plastic bottle.massage into face for a minute & remove with warm face cloth.Make a paste in a tub using organic honey, cinnamon & nutmeg powders & massage into skin before washing off. Sounds like a faff but once you have made it it lasts a while.Finally I apply the oil on my face before bed.This routine has cleared my skin & stopped the excessive oil production. I don't need to blot my skin during the day anymore. Plus it's all natural!! No nasty chemicals.P.S to grow eyelashes apply organic coconut oil with your fingertip before bed & in a week or two lashes are stronger & longer

Very good for dry skin which mine is this Winter. Used all over including face and no problems. I will probably buy some more. You don't need to use much so it is long lasting.

This oil is excellent for your facial skin - nourishing without oiliness. In fact it actually acts as a mattifier and I now use this without having to use any other mattifier daily (and I have oily skin). It's definitely non-comedogenic and there's no oily feel once it's sunk in. An amazing price as well! Very highly recommended.

Been using this jojoba oil on my face for maybe over a year now, it's brilliant. I use it as a moisturiser (can also use for cleansing the skin too). Apply it morning and evening.I wouldn't have overly dry skin, more combinational and it's perfect, not too greasy or heavy like you would think an oil should be. Any other oils I have tried just bring me out in spots

This oil moisturized my skin, cleared out my pimples and blackheads and even faded my deeper wrinkles which I have despite being under 20.In the morning, I use it as a moisturizer under my foundation and though it can look greasy if I put too much, in the right dosage it makes my really dry skin soft and silky. In the evening, it easily removes all make up.The oil does have a slight smell to it that is not terribly pleasant but I take it as a sign the oil is authentic.Overall: It will definitely do wonders to your skin!

I was waiting to review this product to see if it would work in the way I intended when I bought it. I am happy to review as I feel it is really good, I used the jojoba oil in the oil cleansing method (oil, wash face, tone, then oil) twice a day if I could remember for about a month and my skin has really cleared up! I use it on my baby daughters' new curls and my own hair and skin. I love that it is free of added chemicals and presatives like some oils! Will definitely buy again and would definitely recommend the oil cleansing method to anyone with oily, problem skin
