If I buy a 4K film why should I pay for the Bluray copy as well?Take an Autistic Child with a gift for numbers.Train him as a killer as well.Let the Fun begin.Who else would employ him but the U.S Treasury.DTS Soundtrack is sublime.Enjoyable yarn, Ben Afleck is on form.What with the strikes blighting Hollywood.Good films are in short supply.Worth a Look.

Curiously enough many critics pawned this film off as popcorn. But I enjoyed it. Ok, it’s another shoot ‘em up Hollywood style. But the character played by Ben Affleck has Asperger’s Syndrome, is a mathematical genius (like many famous ones), has a day job as an accountant and happens to be a very good hitman.I taught Special Needs for over ten years - whether as a function of touring in repertory theatre for schools in Australia or at higher education in college in Lancashire. I had a few Asperger’s over the years - and boy, some were smart. And by the way, the Down’s Syndrome and various other autistic students were actually quite clever in their own way. One just needed to recognise and extract all their potential - because their limits did not compare with mainstream. It’s a completely different approach.That aside, this film apparently appreciates and acknowledges these so called human mental deficiencies and shows just how becoming socially mainstream can be difficult to overcome while showing how amazingly self competent they can be. Of course there are the (what most people would call negative traits and) sides which the film does not shy away from.The result is a film that was a huge unexpected hit - little publicity, small budget and just one named star who evidently did the role because of the challenge and not the fee. And it’s thanks to Affleck and co that now it’s paid off. They’re making a sequel with original cast, writer, director and producers.

The dvd film was received in two days which was brand new and the packing sealed.DVD quality is excellent !!!

Clever, slick loads of action. Well worth a watch.

Id liked this DVD well enough to buy it again when the Blue Ray was available. Affeck plays a hit man who has dealt with severe autisum since childhood. His mother runs off and left him and his brother at age 10 to live with his hard nose Military father. As the case with many autistic people he was actually very brillaint at everything except people skills. Cant tell you more or I will ruin it. Its worth watching for sure.

Worked great

Not only does this dvd not play or work in a standard DVD player, but I cannot find a way to return it or any contact information on the seller. This was a crap product and a total waste of money. Unless I get a refund or replacement dvd, I will leave this review up.

Exciting movie, hope they make another one!

A unique video. Anna Kendrick is her normal good-natured self. Ben is the star and really makes the film. He acts his part well. The story is interesting and while it's not Good Will Hunting or Paycheck, it's entertaining and worth watching twice.
