On relaxed hair definitely it's fantastic! I started using it in America and it is the best! Use shampoo n conditioner though!

I have long hair and only used a teaspoon and a bit each wash so lasted long time - how this helps

Yes it's fine for coloured hair. However I wouldn't recommend this product. It was quite heavy and didn't do a lot for my hair. Wasn't keen on the smell either. Just my opinion but I found better keratin shampoo and conditioner in Home Bargains at a fraction of the price!
