Great solid product. Been using it for a month. Using max 20k as it stands and very comfortable for dips. Quick and easy to change weights.

Good product, using very often, especially helps for heavyweight triceps dip

First time used with any weights, the attachment chain broke. Fortunately I have other stronger carabinas and can still make use of the belt. It was only used with 15kg weight attached on a small person. Not for use with weights which defeats its purpose!

Upon receiving this I thought the chain felt a bit cheap but decided to use it regardless, trusting the description that boasted is ability to hold up to 45KG with regular use.It broke at 25kg. Enough said.

It's actually quite nice!A wide Neoprene belt lined with a soft fleece like interior which also serves as a bit of grip!It's "One size fits most" I have a 28-29 inch waist and it fits me fine.The key is looping the chain through the steel eyelet so it works a self adjusting cinch.I've found that for pull ups, it's best to pull your shirt over the belt to prevent it from tugging down and stretchingyour shirts.Best of all, the belt just feels good and comfortable.It can also be rolled up to a relatively small size secured by it's own chain.It's a great blend of sturdy and light. The chain is long enough to hold a pair of 45'sat about knee level with the plates hole.As for the chains quality...it's a medium weight chainwith plenty of crimp marks, so if your looking for "bling"...well...look on...lolI wanted an inexpensive weighted dipping/pullup belt and this MORE than fills that need and is a great bargain.

Not pricey at all, I have placed up to 90lbs (2 45lb plates) with no problems or signs of possible ripping or tearing. Light and comfortable.

This belt broke after less than 2 months of use while using it 1-2 times a week. Using a 45lb plate while doing pull ups and dips caused the metal clips to bend where they hold onto the fabric belt. Over time they bent open to the point they wouldn’t hold any longer. This product might be good for you if you are planning on using it for 25-30 lbs but I would still caution to be gentle.UPDATE: shortly after posting this review, Starwood Sports was kind enough to reach out to me to issue a FULL REFUND of this product.
