They fit into my shoes perfectly without the need to cut them (Ultraboost 21 Size UK 10.5). I wanted a soft insole as I'm on my feet all day due to my job. They're definitely soft but sturdy. I've not had any issue with them being damaged considering I wear my shoes for 8 hours a day 5 days a week with a lot of walking! If you have a decent arch with not much problems with your feet then these would likely be good for you. Unforunately I have plantar fasciitis and the heels of my feet are very painful after a few hours of walking around. Not really the fault of the insole as it wasn't designed for this condition (or it doesn't state it does). Otherwise they are a solid pair of insoles for work and no odours.

Comfortable!

These are exactly what I was looking for. I wear Nike Revadachi trainers to work and the soul is quite hard so when carrying heavier items, there's a bit of pressure on my lower back. These insoles have padding on them so the pressure is relieved. These are easy to walk in, easy to put in my shoe, it's a good quality that will last a while I reckon. Only downside is that my shoe is a bit tight now but I'll get used it it.

Product does what it's supposed to, but driver didn't. Said he left it in the post box but he dumped it at the end of the drive and conveniently didn't take a photo. Not impressed with delivery service.

Jeżeli w ciągu dnia dużo stoisz, chodzisz i czujesz ból stóp te wkładki załatwią sprawę i ból zniknie lub zdecydowanie będzie zmniejszony. Bez wkładek nie wytrzymywałem długiego stania (taka praca) lecz teraz po włożeniu wkładek jest komfortowo i bez bólu. POLECAM .
