Researched & changed to this product 12 months ago. Since then I have enjoyed a period of no colds & sniffles as well as healthy nail & hair growth. I can’t recommend this product enough. I did my research into the best multivitamin on the market and this came out on top. Although 4 capsules a day seems a little excessive it just ensures you get the most out of the product and it’s easy to use ( just two with breakfast and then two with dinner). Since using I have increased energy and just a general feeling of better wellbeing. This is only multivitamin I have ever used that does doesn’t just pass straight through my body. No glowing green urine with this. It seems to be very well absorbed probably as a result of the ingredients being whole food derived. Only downside you need 4 for a full dose, that actually works for me as I spread them out over 24hrs.
