Does it stop condensation? We have a major condensation problem on 90% of our windows!

It doesn’t stop condensation. The product doesn’t work. The tape is weak and doesn’t hold even by itself.

Can this be cut to size for multi-paned windows like thos is period Tudor houses?

I wouldn't advise it. The film is very thin and it would be akin to cutting small sheets of cling film. Best way would be to spread larger sheet over all the panes.

The product is called, "seasonal" double glazing film. does this indicate that it is for temporary use? i need it for a high, hard to reach skylight

This item will seal in a window frame for the winter season when you do not open your windows. You then remove it at the end of the winter and it is not reusable. It will be difficult to fit to a skylight as the sheet of shrink film will be difficult to handle above your head, though not impossible.

Is it really 3 cm thick? The other measurements for width and length (14.8 cm and 19.2 cm) do not match other purchaser's responses (given in inches)

its not 3 cm thick the size is what's on the kit I am going to buy more as we have a lot of condensation in our house and as a test so far when used it has stopped this
