This is basically exactly how it's described on Amazon. The pills are these very tiny capsules that are mostly filled with alfalfa, so they smell and taste a little bit like alfalfa. I've included some pictures here for those interested that show the actual size comparison with a normal capsule. the white capsule that these are being compared to is a magnesium glycinate capsule that I would say is the typical size he would find with most supplements.
