This is the best p5p I’ve had.Take one every morning along with B12 & B9.This combination certainly keeps anxiety at bay.

This is far too strong for me. I managed to take it for about 3 days. I made the mistake of taking a B complex with it and ended up vomiting. I had to up my magnesium as it slams it into your cells and my bones began to ache. Now I've used a few capsules to make up a spray so that I only get a couple of mg at a time. It certainly has a great effect as I've had so much energy since I've started using it. I've gone from taking 500mg of pyridoxine a day which was only partially effective to taking about 10mg a day max. It would be a god idea to sell it in smaller doses and in time release. It helps me get the B6 out of my food now so I get a real rush from a banana. Having Morton's toe I'm going to be ordering my other B vitamins in their more bioactive form.

Easy to swallow and a higher dose than some others, so good if you find you feel healthier with this dose.Includes Zinc (makes sense as some people who tend to need more P5P also need supplements of Zinc).
