The material is soft... it's not an uncomfortable fit, but it doesn't seem like it adds much support for plus size lady's. My lower (fat pouch) stomach hangs a little low... this doesn't stay under it to hold it up so it kind of defeats the purpose. I'm 24 weeks pregnant and suffering from Lightning crotch and was adv a belt may help keep the baby off those nerves... this one doesn't offer enough support for bigger ladies... the belt goes the whole way around it's just it doesn't support the lower pouch. :-( the bibs are cute though

I was suffering from pelvic pain during my last 1-2 months of pregnancy, symphisis pubic dysfunction. So much so, that it was painful to walk, sit too long, put pants or shoes on. After 1 week of wearing this, the pain was significantly improved. The elastic and velcro on this provide for a wide range of sizes (I am typically a 2X-3X plus size) and the materials were good quality. I would definitely recommend this for extra support of your pelvis or lower back.

This belt does it’s purpose. It does support the belly and back and my back doesn’t hurt nearly as bad as it does when I don’t wear it. However it is extremely uncomfortable. It is not descreet under clothing at all. I dread wearing it but it does work.

I recently lost a lot of weight, yet haven't gotten my tummy tuck yet lol! That said, the excess skin and a weak back make it difficult to walk long distances or even stand for longer times without my back screaming at me. I bought this to take on a trip to Disney World - the Magic Kingdom of walking & standing for long periods at a time - it really helped to lessen the weight pulling at my back muscles and therefore I was able to enjoy the trip more than I probably would have.

Gives great support! My wife is angry I took it from her, but really helps hold up my belly and gives me great back support. Also slims me alittle, making me feel strong and sexy. 10/10 would make my wife buy another one and steal it again

This was a lifesaver while I was pregnant! It really helped support my belly and it’s very comfortable! It’s comfy enough to wear while sitting or sleeping. The 2 bandana bibs it came with were very cute and we still use them 5 months later! We absolutely recommend for all moms!

This didn't work as described for me. I hear of others that love the band, but i couldn't get it to fit right and it hurt to use. Plus this particular site did not send all that was described just the band.

I’m 35 weeks pregnant and have back issues even before I was pregnant, and I must say this has helped a lot. I’ve been wearing it everyday for weeks. When I don’t wear it I feel my belly pulling everything forward, which makes my lower back feel strained. As a bonus, if I put it over the belly panel of maternity pants, it helps them stay up. The only downsides are that the Velcro is in the back towards the side, so lining up the Velcro can be a pain. Also it’s hand wash only.
