I wanted to make sure I had plenty of this so ordered the 10kg tub, knowing it would be large. I just didn’t fully appreciate how large! Amazing value for the amount, I just need to find somewhere to keep it now. Very useful to have the sealed tub rather than just a huge bag of it. The salts inside are sealed in plastic as well so can’t get damp or spill in transit or if you don’t use it straight away.The actual product is as described, very relaxing for both mood and muscles in a bath.As I have plenty, I am going to try doing some DIY bath salt bags based on some I’ve had in the past. Apparently you can pop some in little muslin bags with essential oils, citrus peel or petals etc and they can be put straight in the bath to dissolve without making a mess. As it is unscented, it should be perfect to use for this.

Godsend whilst i suffered with Sciatic pain and back and leg spasms for 6 weeks.I just filled the bath with hot water, added the salts ( about half a pint ) nothing else was added. Got in when right temp! Soaked for 25 - 35 mins. Wow! What a relief !! Helped me overcome debilitating spasms. Used every other day for about 5 weeks. Help speed up my recovery as im 57 years old. I slept better the days i used it, but didnt want to over do it!Not easy to recover from sciatic pain in 8 weeks at my age.Best Product I bought this year on Amazon, Because i felt it working from the very first bath soak. Got another tub, but for a weekly soak, cos i love it, and so does the missus and her daughter to de-stress after the gym.Natural Minerals are Gods Gift!

My night time leg cramps went away and I slept well so I'm happy 😊. Arrived well packaged and faster than expected.

Worth the buy if you have magnesium baths or use in your garden. Must more economical than buying a small pack.

These Epsom salts are terrific value. I am now on my second 5KG bucket and since I use two cupfuls in my bath I do tend to get through them farly quickly (although I only bath twice a week - don't panic, I shower on the other days). Epsom salts are called after a spring in Surrey, England. The chemical name is magnesium-sulphate and they are useful for all sorts of things. There is nothing like a blissful soak to ease the aches and pains of everyday life, but Epsom salts do far more than just that. Since the skin is porous one of the best way of getting magnesium into the body is directly through the pores. This huge 10kg tub will last me all winter. Better than buying smaller bags from the pharmacy.

Great for all things epsom is good for, great quality, great packaging. I keep some in a jar next to the bath for when anyone had had a hard day's work. (Pic is with coffee scrub, ignore that)
