For new grandparents, sister loved book - a little bit of silliness in this mad world.

I gave this to my parents so they had a reference of what it means to be a grandparent.It changed their lives and now they know how to be grandparents which is good as they were sadly lacking in knowledge and would frequently behave inappropriately which is not acceptable when dealing with babies or young children. I hope someday I read this book so I also will have the knowledge however I fear I will not live long enough to become a grandparent as I live a risky lifestyle full of alcohol and substance abuse. I wouldn’t make a good grandparent I don’t think I make a good parent. I hope there is a book I can read for advice. I wish I could read.

The book is very funny but unfortunately it was damaged on arrival and so I will not be able to give it away as planned!

I bought this for my parents. They fell in love with the Ladybird adult series when they saw the books at my sister's place, and this was a perfect gift for them. Lots of fun.

I usually like the ladybird for adult books but this one was very boring. I was hoping to gift it to my grandfather but I am glad I read through it once before sending it to him.
