Pharma Nord Bio-Glucan Plus (150 Tablets)

I found this particular brand of beta- glucan very good. I used to catch colds frequently but since I started taking it I have not had any cold. Did not catch a cold even when some of my colleagues had a cold and were sneezing in the office. It also helped me to get rid of fungal infection of a toe nail.The product helps me and it is brilliant.

I didn't buy these for myself initially but after suffering from a sore throat for months, with two very severe episodes where I needed very strong drugs to allow me just to swallow, I was told my immune system was under stress by two doctors and that it wasn't working properly and I had to rest and get my immune system back to normal. Apart from rest I didn't really know how else to improve my immune system. I started taking these as they were in the cupboard (long story but I'd bought them for my dog!) and I thought I may as well give them a try. I wasn't disappointed (although I have been very surprised) as within two days my constant sore throat (burning uncomfortable feeling at the back of my throat like you're walking in a dry desert and are really really thirsty, but nothing quenches the thirst) had gone and it hasn't come back. I had had this bad throat for months! So I am really happy - seems to me they have really worked and I'm going to keep taking them while I build myself immune system up.

I have been taking these, one a day for the past 3-4 winters, usually I stop them in spring until September. However I carried on 1 a day from March 2020. So far Iv been great no illness . I feel these have helped.

Absolutely swear by this item. Why not when a supplier which first attracted me sometime ago to try this product actually offered to refund the money if one gets a cold, that measure of recomendation gave me even more confidence. Obviously one needs to build resistance for about a month first. It also contains Vitamin D3 the sunshine vitamin a vital supplement for anyone lacking sunshine. Proof of this finding shows why we are more prone to colds and flu during the winter months and particularly vital if housebound.

I have been using these for some years now, since I had flu one Xmas. I would highly recommend them and I do believe they boost your immune system and reduce the likelihood of you getting colds and flu. If you did get ill, it tends to be for less time and not as bad as the person you got it from.

Bought these as I have a weak immune system and this means that the slightest chill always leads to a chest infection. I have asthma and this means I can end up really poorly for long periods of time. I've been taking these since Oct 2012 and although I have had a cold (christmas time) it cleared up with no problems and no chest infection...this must be the first time in about 7 years that this has happened, cynics may say this is coincidence but I'll give Bio Glucan Plus the benefit of the doubt and I won't be stopping them any time soon...!!!!!

Probably not, but I am doing my best. Feel better after 2 weeks... Reviews great and worth taking especially during the winter months.

I would never consciously be without this product.As a young man I had my tonsils and appendix removed. As a middle-aged man I had open chest surgery, and thus my lymphatic system has been compromised.Non-the-less, with daily taking Pharma Nord Bio-Glucan Plus, I rarely have an infection. Maybe a mild cold or sore throat very occasionally, that is once in a few years.I am 75 years old now, and I would class my health as 'Perfect'.I have little doubt Bio-Glucan Plus is the one of the primary reasons.
