Not kfc but better than the rest
So we all know this ain't gunna be kfc equivalent but ... sack buying southern fried chicken from the supermarket, stop getting ripped off down the chippy n buy this .its miles better than the rest .I marinaded m chicken thighs In buttermilk with onion granules, garlic powder and black pepper for 24 hrs then rinsed off the marinade, patted dry and rubbed this bad boy in the thighs n left for around an hr . Deep fried for 12 -13m for 3 thighs n boom . Tender ,juicy, succulent and flavourful fried chicken. I only needed 40-50 grams of this product so enough to do over 24 chix thighs... bonus .Trust me its easy to do and way cheaper than a takeaway. Just do it.. finger licking good 👍

quite flavourful
Bought this knowing to would never really be like KFC, but thought we would give it a try. Very nice, quite flavourful. I would recommend. Can be a little spicy but not overly spicy

The best fried chicken coating I have ever tasted
Spicy, peppery and delicious! I didn't even wait 20 minutes as suggested to coat the chicken before frying. The coating clung to the chicken pieces throughout the cooking process, leaving little in the frying pan. Here's what I did: I marinaded 3 skinless boneless chicken breast chunks- big chunks- in a Southern Style gravy that I can buy in the UK that comes in granules. I made the gravy just adding boiling water, poked with fork the large chunks of chicken breast pieces, added the chicken to the gravy, and marinaded in the fridge for a few hours. I wanted to be sure the inside of the chicken would be as tasty as the outside! I then removed the chicken from the prepared gravy ''marinade'', leaving some gravy clinging to the chicken ( but throwing away the rest of the gravy), coated the pieces with Mister Marinade Spicy Southern Fry Coating Mix, and then fried in a mixture of olive oil and butter- not a whole lot needed. The chicken pieces turned out crisp and delicious - with KFC flavour. Didn't need any other spices or salt. Worked perfectly. I will buy this product again!

the product does not have the required information on the label. the composition shows that it is flour with flavor enhancers and salt, so it is usually a fraud because this mix should contain a lot more products. the packaging also does not provide nutritional values, which indicates fraud. the product is definitely not suitable for consumption because we do not know what we are consuming. this most expensive flour in the world
