Doesn’t smell great but definitely palatable and even better it works
I’m 4 weeks post partum, and running a house with two under 15 months it’s pretty stressful. I also forget to eat and drink, and get a bit stressed at times- and my gosh it’s affected my milk supply!4 days ago these arrived and I’ve drank one a day, and they absolutely do work. As I’m expressing 4/5 oz at a time opposed to 1 or 2I put a sugar in the tea, and it tastes a bit like weak aniseed, it’s definitely worth it, even the last mouthful when cold doesn’t make me gag.I will definitely buy more if I use these up

this worked a little too well…
great tea with a lovely herbal flavour. I’d recommend sticking to the recommended “dose” though…. i drank about 4 cups one day and I was full of milk!

Extremely bland
No flavour to this tea, I feel like I'm drinking hot water.

Worked for me!
I was slightly dubious about this tea but I bought it anyway as I enjoy herbal teas generally. I'm now 8 weeks post partum so have waited to write a review. I had a delivery with a few complications including a haemorrhage so was difficult in the beginning to get my milk supply going. I've been combination feeding and just managed recently to exclusively breastfeed after weaning down the formula gradually. This tea has worked wonders (along with taking a multi vitamin as well). I didn't have any for the first few weeks, but baby was continuing to feeding more than once per hour and it didn't seem to be settling down at all - 20-30 feeds per 24 hrs most of the time. I had one cup a day for a few days and it really seemed to work for me. My baby now goes longer between feeds of 2 to 3 hrs (like many websites say is the 'normal' range) and I have to be careful not to have too much of the tea as I'm now experiencing the opposite problem of breast fullness - this is a nicer problem though as I've been freezing the milk with a haaka in batches. Whilst it is expensive for a box of teabags, I see it as more of a herbal remedy and is definitely worth the price - money would otherwise be spent on nipple cream! Plus there's no price tag on having a more settled baby that can feed and be content as I can comfortably do activities without worrying so much about whether they're having enough in one sitting.

It has helped
I purchased this tea as a last effort to breastfeed my baby. My milk didn’t come in until 1 week post partum meaning my milk supply had to catch up and I had to top up my baby using formula. I had tried pumping between feeds and other supplements but none seemed to be working. It was exhausting and i felt miserable. I set a limit that I would try one last product (this one) and if it didn’t work then I wouldn’t try anymore. I have to say I am pleased that I did. I am now 4 days into a two cup a day regime and I have noticed a difference. My supply has gone up and I am topping up less. The difference is subtle but noticeable. I just used the tea and made sure I was feeding baby frequently. A few words about the taste….I am not a fan of any herbal teas and this one is no exception. It is perfectly drinkable but I don’t enjoy the taste. Having said that, I would still drink it if it left as bad taste in the mouth as the “partygate scandal”, as my supply has improved. I have just repurchased.Another benefit of this tea is that it doesn’t contain fenugreek. I know some take fenugreek to help their milk supply but it some women it can have the opposite effect. Due to some health conditions I have, it is advisable for me to avoid fenugreek so I was pleased it wasn’t on this product as it seems to be in many lactation teas.

Bad taste WASTE OF MONEY
When I received it, and opened the package it had very nice smell felt promising but the taste is so bad I don’t know how some people reviewed the taste to be good, but I just couldn’t I tried (forced) myself to take 2 cup, I just couldn’t anymore, it felt like torture, I had to close my nose and eye and gulp it down. WASTE OF MONEY, I don’t know if it works so I can’t recommend but you can give it a try if u can bear with the taste, it is not bitter quite tasteless but I can’t just explain the taste 🤮after brewing the smell is bad aswell, only as a nice smell while in the carton
