I don’t know why I’ve only just discovered this stuff. I have seborrheic dermatitis & am having a struggle finding anything to help my scalp & skin. I’ve spent a fortune these past few weeks on products, mainly naturalthat claim to be the answer & it’s all been a waste of time, hope & money. I stumbled Upon this & had to order some given it’s high praise for treating skin conditions & pelorus scalps. If it didn’t work, it could always be used around the house much like diatomaceous earth. I’m really pleased with how calming this stuff is when mixed with water & used as a face mask. During irritating flare ups where my hands itch & burn I struggle to put anything on them to help but I tried lightly dusting some of this on them in desperation & it absolutely worked straight away. I then added a tiny bit of water to my hands once they had settled & kept it on for a little while as a hand pack which improved the overall appearance of my hands & nails. Overall, it’s lovely & soothing. I especially like mixing it & storing it in the fridge for a few hours then using it to cool my face & hairline. Plus...I used a scoop of it in some warm water to pour on my patio underneath my bird feeders, gave it a quick scrub & rinse & my patio was clean as a whistle. Well worth the money

I have been using this for some time now. I use it once a week mixed with water to a paste and then applied as a face mask. I normally leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes. It can be quite astringent, which, is good for clearing the face, however, just be aware if you have sensitive skin you may need to leave it for less time on. A little goes a long way and it may take you a couple of goes to get the right consistency for you. Yes it is mud, so it is messy when you are taking it off, but giddy aunt it really is effective for cleansing the skin and minimizing pores. I love how my skin looks and feels when I have used it.

I've been using bentonite clay for years, I have very oily skin and am prone to outbreaks on my forehead and around my nose. I can make a mask that it quite thick when my skin is like an oil slick or more often than not use more water when I want something a bit thinner for when I just want a general cleanse. It's great for absorbing excess oil and I have far fewer outbreaks since I've been using it. It is very drying though so not really suitable if you have skin that's on the dryer side. You also need to be careful when removing it. It can be very abrasive if you try to rub it off with a wet face cloth. I've found the best way is to use the mask before I get in the shower where the flowing water and a gentle touch will remove it, just don't scrub your face. I've ordered this many times, I've always received the full 500g. Sometimes in a small bag that's full, others in a larger bag that's folded over. However it's bagged it's always the correct amount.
