I first brought this for my eldest because it was the most expensive on the market and I wanted him to have the best....I just pressumed because of cost it would be the best, even though everyone kept saying just buy sudo. He has only had nappy rash once in 14months and that's because I stopped using this cream on him at a year as it was costing a bit and he never had nappy rash so didn't think I needed to carry on, but I was wrong. I used this on his severe nappy rash that I used all ointments on and it didn't touch the sides, I used this and it was gone in two days!!! I have a 7week old baby and she got that dreaded under neck yeast sore and a few sores in her super fat chubbiness. I used this after a bath on her sore bits and under her arms to prevent sores and it works a treat. I use this on her bum and bits too, to prevent any nappy rash especially on the warm sweaty days. I have used this on her hair and eyebrows with her cradle cap and it was gone by morning. This cream really is worth its weight in gold with how it has helped with different things. It smells lovely too. I will not buy anything else! Have recommended to friends and family

Amazing! Been buying for 3 years now. Used for nappy cream for child since a baby. Just need to soften and rub on fingers first. Also use as lip balm and for dry skin on myself and child. Works better than anything else I've ever tried and works fast!

I order it constantly and it heals almost instantly. No rashes from diaper and hasnt got a scent. A bit lumpy but nothing I cant handle

I originally bought the adult one and I had fantastic results on my face with it. Beautiful skin no spots or dry patches. My 9 month old baby had some really nasty dry skin patches on both of his arms. I was hesitant to take him to the dr as with my other children they were prescribed steroid creams. I wanted to go down the natural route first. After such great results with the adult cream I decided to buy the baby version and try it. Within 3 days of use twice a day the dry patches have completely disappeared! It beggars belief! I had tried many moisturisers before and. Thing had worked. With this cream it literally vanished! I have used it as well on his bum when he has an it is a nappy rash, it works beautifully. I'm so delighted I found this and I will definitely be recommending this to everyone.

I bought this for my son aged 8 who has suffered with bladder problems for years and gets balanitis regularly. We've always been prescribed Fucidin (a steroid cream) by doctors, so I decided to try nappy ointments but they were a little too 'gunky' so I reviewed this product and decided to try. It's thick in the jar but melts in your hands so is really easy to apply, no chemical smells either. After a few days of using this my sons infection was gone, he uses every day now and the infection has not come back. I'm really happy with this product as it obviously has enough antibacterial in it to heal but also gives ongoing protection without harming the skin. Thoroughly recommended. Also arrived really quickly which I was pleased with as I wanted to start using asap!
