the internal volume is about 15x11.5x2.5 inches, so does not fit in your case.

The correct answer is "yes". You can slide this onto the handle of your pull luggage via the strap on the back of the bag. Too bad they don't show a picture of that. But its the same design you see on just about all the laptop bags these days.

No, it is not huge. It does fit my 15.6' laptop perfectly and has a pouch for my iPad. However, it does not appear big or bulky.

Q: will it hold my roller blades?

I keep my roller blades and skateboard in it 24 7
