A long last and fresh fragrance, and orth every penny.

I bought this perfume as a gift. The fragrance is divine but j wish it was more long lasting.

Very nice smell masculine

Love it... amazing for Autumn winter strong masculine last over 8h on me. Smell of respect darkness... strong dude from the forest. Its my 2nd bottle and defo not last. I got perfume 3-5 times more expensive but this 1 always impressed me. Different than anything else.

Not my go to aftershave, inky smell at start which isn't to bad but after couple of hours very alcoholly smell and not that nice, I use this mixed with after shave to give a unique masculine smell

I love buying scent for himself because he rarely uses it and one as good as this is getting stolen ;) It says it is intense, but it is not a cloying intense like Lalique le Parfum for her. I loved Lalique l'Amour, but it has been withdrawn. This, to me, seems similar but yes, more intense and woody like a cedar forest in the rain. Woody, spicy ad bright. An excellent and well balanced male fragrance that at least one lady is going to stash away for her own use ;)

I've purchased Encre Noire once before and fell in love with it...it really is a masterpiece. Just take a look at some of the YouTube videos, pretty much all rave about it...Due to this I feel I have a decent base to right this review.Sillage and projection are very, very poor. So much so, I've actually given up using it. Yes there's a strong scent of 'Encre Noire' when straight out of the bottle, but it doesn't last long on skin AT ALL.I need to emphasis that this is not a reflection of the perfume Encre Noire, as with my previous bottle, I did not have this issue.......but something just isn't quite right with this bottle/supplier. It just evaporates, pretty much immediately and as I mentioned earlier, it's got to the point I don't use it now (literally a week later).So, here's my advice... You're looking to buy encre noire because you've heard great things about it, well that's correct. I personally think it's an amazing perfume, but I wouldn't get it from this supplier, otherwise your opinion of Encre Noire will be tainted. Buy cheap (est), buy twice.

I am a mature (mid fifties) chap and this scent really seems to smell fantastic in my opinion .It smells quite woody and heavy so you don't need much. It smells much more expensive than it is, yet it lasts all day .Very nicely packaged .Overall I'm really pleased and so is my wife who loves it too.
