I was so surprised at all the one star reviews on here, I decided I must have my say ! My partner snores loudly and suddenly most nights, and I was tired and irritable most days because I was woken so many times each night. The first time I bought this was from the local chemist who said it was popular . It was expensive , but for me , worth a try. The first night he took it, I woke in the morning and couldn't remember waking in the night. A first for me. And night after night, the same thing , I slept through with no snoring waking me up. It ran out really quickly though, and because it was so expensive, I didn't buy another straight away - big mistake ! The snoring came back the first night my partner didn't use it, so I found it on amazon, a bit cheaper. It arrived within 2 days , and he started taking it again , but lesser amounts this time, so it would last longer. The first time, he was filling his mouth with the foam 3 times, but really he only needed a small ball of foam in his mouth for it to work sufficiently. My partner is also very pleased with the results, because he was also waking himself with sudden loud snoring, so he gets a better sleep too. I guess we are very lucky that it has worked for us, as there are so many people on here saying that it hasn't worked for them. If you haven't tried it , and you desperately need a night's sleep , try it , you might be one of the lucky ones ! If not, try Night Nurse for yourself - works a treat !

Useless did not work and certainly would not recommend- go to your GP instead.

Apparently (I've been told) this really does help and make a difference! The taste is not great (what medicine is?) and its a foam not a spray! Thats why this has 3 stars instaed of 4. I've been assured it does make a difference but please don't think it will stop the snoring as it doesn't. It does however appear to lower the noise level.

For some weird reason I've started snoring!! As my hubby wasn't too impressed I thought I'd better do something about it. I saw this and decided to try it. I have to say that it tastes vile and for the first couple of days it worked. My hubby was most impressed, but then it seemed to wear off in the early hours of the morning. And, after starting so well, snoring started around 5 a.m. So I've stopped using it.

After years of poor sleep due to my dear hubby's very heavy snoring, I was at my wits end so thought it was worth giving this a go and all I can say is that IT WORKS and I wish I'd bought it for him years ago! It amy not work for everyone and everyone is different, but dont knock this as being unsuitable for everyone just because it didn't work for you. He doesn't find it distasteful, but lets face it, if you are a snorer, you should be prepared to put up with some things if it means the rest of the household are going to be able to get some sleep! He uses 3 to 4 squirts just before he gets into bed, it works by opening up his air passages (make sure you've already brushed your teetch / had a drink before you take it, otherwise you have to redo it). I always know now when he hasn't taken it because he starts snoring straight away One pack using 3 - 4 quirts a night lasts him around 3-4 weeks. With using Amazon's subscribe and save I've managed to get the price down to just over £6 a pack and I have it on a monthly automatic delivery (rather than £10 at my local supermarket). Although I have to say I was happy to pay the higher amount just to get a good nights sleep , its not much if you break it down into the cost per week / night. All I can say is try it (just make sure you take enough)

Snoring affects people in all different ways so this product will only work for certain people. I've suffered from snoring for a while and often wake up with my throat feeling like I have swallowed a cheese grater. Painful, but it did allow me to identify where the issue is i.e. my throat. After testing this once, I had an amazingly peaceful night You spray a little of the foam into your mouth and swallow. It tastes of a very chemically mint flavor but if you do it after cleaning your teeth like I do, then you probably won't notice it that much. The sensation it gives is like having your throat numbed. If you have ever tried those cough sweets that have anaesthetic in them, then you will know how this will feel. However, I doubt this would work for people who snore through their nose. Try it, but if it doesn't work then move onto a different product as you will know after the first night if this is going to work for you.

Update on my original review which is below. Yep - it definitely works. And very pleased by the unexpected benefit that this not only improves my partners quality of sleep but mine (which I did not realise was being impacted). Everyone has been a winner! Original Review : Been using it for just under a week, and am cautiously optimistic that it’s actually working. My partner has reported an improvement, and I also seem to have had improved quality of sleep myself following it’s use, which is a double benefit I wasn’t expecting (maybe because I’m not getting all the digs in the ribs whilst sleeping I didn’t realise I was getting until now :-) ). Not entirely pleasant to administer, but you get used to it. Only improvement I guess I could suggest to the manufacturer would be to make it taste a bit nicer.

Just like every anti-snoring product I have ever used, it doesn't work. It is like spraying shaving foam down your throat and it tastes awful! To make things even worse, you are forced to buy a minimum of 2 bottles which costs around £15. What a waste of money! I use a snore app to track my snoring and as you can see from the picture, I was snoring heavily that night. I have had a lower snore score without using the product. It claims that 92% of people who use this have had great results 🤔. Judging by the 1 star reviews, I would say that this is a load of crap!
