Brilliant and affordable.
I don't have a lot of money and so was concerned when I started looking for a nose ring that I wouldn't be able to afford a safe and reliable piece of jewellery; yet here it is. As most people may be with jewellery of such good value, I was concerned it may turn my skin green like some rings have done in the past but this did not happen. It has been so reliable and I've been very very pleased so far! Had my nose pierced six months ago, put this ring in after 6 weeks and have not had any major problems. A friend described me as having 'dainty features', and so I look ridiculous with a standard size nose ring as it looks too big and out of proportion, however this 6mm was perfect and fits close to my nostril without causing any pressure or anything like that. It is a little difficult to put in as you have to find the hole inside your nose (a bit tricky without oddly positioned mirror and lighting), however I just took it in to where I get my piercings done (Oddbody Tattoo Studio in Twyford), and they put it in for me free of charge. It came out once due to my own clumsiness and so had to wear it backwards for a week until I could get my piercer to put it back in properly but that was my fault, not the product's. Overall, a few struggles but can't praise this product enough, beyond pleased with it!

Cheap but reliable quality - very satisfied.
I've had my nose pierced for years and I've had so many nose rings it's unreal, but I'm really happy with this one. After about a year without wearing anything I wanted to put something back in and all I had was cheap stuff from Claires, and some sterling silver which I thought that would be okay but oh wow did it tarnish within three days. (I also found out that silver isn't a good choice at all because of the tarnishing, so I'm not going to wear it again unless it's just for a few hours) Anyway, I figured that, at this price, there was nothing to lose in trying this product. I was worried about the gauge as I only had thin, flimsy things to use in my piercing before this and didn't want to stretch and hurt myself, but this went in so easily and sits nicely. I'm always prepared for nose rings to slip and fall out, but (touch wood) it's been really good so far. I'll probably buy another one, maybe in a size up for variety (the smaller size wouldn't fit). When I got it I wasn't sure if it was sterile so I cleaned it in boiled water which I added salt to, and it can handle that kind of cleaning which is really good as I always like to clean my jewellery before putting it back in. Very happy with it, and as I said above I'll probably get another one just in case I lose this one.

Great little rings
These rings are lovely and the seller is great. The 6mm is super small so not advisable for a nose piercing but would be fine for some ear piercings. The seller replaced my 6mm with 2 more 8mm at no extra cost. nothing was too much trouble. Will defo shop from here again

Too small
These were actually too small for me so never used them. Would have been a good purchase if they fit

Great value for money, very happy with the product. (+few tips from me)
I'd been looking for an open-hoop nose ring for my newly pierced -but healed- nostril (done 6 weeks ago). I've ordered 6mm and 8mm sizes because I wasn't sure which one would fit. My current nose stud was 1.2mm (16G) however I felt like it was too thick so I wanted to downsize. These nose rings have the perfect thickness. 8mm size fit me perfectly. Putting it in might be a bit fiddly for some people but I just got micro loops hair extensions so I had thin pliers at home. First of all I removed the stud, then re-inserted it from outside so that I could see where the hole is inside. Then I grabbed the nose ring with the pliers and moved it up to where the stud came out. And gently pushed in the ring as I removed the stud with my free hand. When the nose ring was sort of half-in, I left the pliers and gently moved it around until it was fully in. And that's it! No pain, no irritation, no redness. Oh, I must add I always clean my piercings with 3% hydrogen peroxide (piercers say use only saline but I've had so many piercings in the last 16 years I know for a fact that hydrogen peroxide heals just about any piercing and is perfect for cleaning while changing them over).

Caused a reaction
I've had a nose piercing for years now, and I haven't had any problems with it until purchasing this ''surgical steel'' nose ring. As expected putting it in was a little difficult, because I have always had difficulty putting in nose rings from the inside, but I managed to do it. It didn't hurt at the time. The day after it was as if I had recently had my nose pierced, it basically got infected and hurt a lot. I left it in for 2 days, until yesterday, I decided to replace it with my previous nose ring, damn did that hurt (and is still hurting). This might not happen to everyone, maybe I had a reaction to the type of steel it is, but I don't see how that's possible as I've had multiple steel nose rings.

Simple and cheap fake nose ring - does the job!
Bear in mind when buying this that it is a FAKE nose ring - it is made for people who do not have nose piercings but want to look like they do. I knew this when buying but some people in other reviews seemed a little confused. If you ARE looking for a cheap fake nose ring, maybe just for a special occasion or to try out a piercing before committing to getting your nose actually pierced, this is a really good option! I like the choice of colours, it’s pretty inexpensive and there’s a range of sizes to choose from. I wanted something quite subtle so I chose the 6mm one (the smallest) as I wanted it to fit quite snugly to my nose. For a looser fit you might want to go up to the 8 or 10 mm. It does slip ever so slightly on my nose (it doesn’t always stay in the position i put it in) but not enough to fall off. It should also be noted that my nose is fairly narrow. so if your nose is thicker this may not be a problem for you. If you did want it to fit tightly and not move you could likely use a pair of tweezers to make the gap narrower. I would say the looseness letting it slip a little works for me as it means that it doesn’t feel tight on my nose and I can forget it is there completely. I have worn it out shopping and it did not come off, although you might need to be careful with anything more strenuous - especially with this tiny size it could be very easy to lose. All in all if you’re looking for a simple fake nose ring, this is probable for you!
