You get what you pay for!!
There is absolutely nothing wrong with this item, it does what it says it will do!Qualitywise it's nothing special, it's light/thin plastic as indicated by the price.The item's packaging/box had already been opened when I received my amazon parcel (the sticker on box sealing the item inside its box was broken). The USB port was also broken on mine when received but because sending it back for me requires additional paperwork (customs declarations) and effort I will just use it as a battery powered light box on the day.

Useful for multiple events!
I purchased this for use with my wife's 40th - alas that never happened because of the pandemic. Instead, it has been used for several other parties, birthdays and get togethers! Once the main lights in the room dim or switched off, the light-box stands out really well! Ideally you don't want to put too many letters in otherwise it blocks out the effect so you need to be creative with your words! A nice soft addition to any event like wedding, parties, office or even the odd meeting! There are plenty of letters and numbers to chose from which appear to be carefully thought out, we haven't come across a message we couldn't finish.

Nice quality light box for the price
Bought this for my little sisters 50 th birthday xx came very quickly and well packaged, plenty of letters, numbers and emojis in the package and the fact you can plug it in via usb is a huge bonus to only using batteries. xx my sister loved it xx
