Works well with Mac Pro 2019 and Raid Drives
Seems to be pretty stable right now. I was having problems with hubs and RAID drives - mainly OWC RAID 0 (36TB) and RAID 5 (48TB). This hub seems to work really well. I'm not having disk eject errors and such. I would say the only thing is - the hub comes with a USB C 10g cord and the other end has another USB C for additional 15 watts of power which is the Thunderbolt 3 spec. So I have the computer link side and the power side in to two thunderbolt 3 ports and it is stable like this. I suppose you can also use a usb c power adapter for the power side. I'm mainly giving it a bit more power for stability. The hub is probably not going to be the best to power devices, but all the drives I use for work are self powered. I have another hub for powering little external drives and such - the Star Tech 5 USB A + 2 USB C. This hub seems to be the best for RAID Drives that I've found so far.Hope this helps..!

So far so good
I purchased this product with intension of it operating right out of the box plug and play features. I've done this and failed to notice it would perform as stated I believe, however after carefully reading over the Documation's of this device descriptions. It does state and show you'll need additional product to accommodate your PHIXERO USB Port Hub. In order for it to work accordingly you'll need power adapter with at least 100 watts of power to accommodate your peripherals and devices. Further updates will be provided in the future.

Does not work for Data Transfer
I bought 4 of these. I've tried different cables, different computers, power connected/disconnected. Hub works fine for things like wireless mouse receivers, but the second I try to do stuff like USB data transfer for a VR headset or a thumb drive, the hub just crashes.Edit: Actually works fine with USB 2.0 devices (4-pin). Seems to only have issues when transfer on USB 3.0/3.1/3.2 (9-pin) devices.
