I've always felt better when taking Pantothenic Acid (B5), but it's harder to find nowadays, especially in higher doses, without being prohibitively expensive. This fulfils all my wants. The size is a problem. If it was oval or caplet shaped, it would be easier to swallow, the roundness makes it harder to swallow and I have to chew it in half to swallow, but still it's a good product.

These are great, but I didn’t realise they’d be so large. And being round too, rather than capsule shaped, I find them hard to swallow. I need to try to snap them in half, but they’re quite difficult to break.If you can swallow quite a large tablet then these are great. Unfortunately not for me.

I like that they come in a packet but the tablets are too big and too thick. They are really hard to swallow. I just had one stuck in my throat and thought i was going to choke, so unfortunately i won't buy again.

I ve bought this tablets with an idea to break them in 4 parts, because 500 mg is a very high dose. I struggle to break them , they are rock solid! My wish is they weren't.

The tablets are great value for money. But they are huge. I have had to use a pill cutter to cut the in half, but they certainly do the job. I would highly recommend but you also need to buy a pill cutter!
